About this camp

We will teach foundational sprint drills, technique, change of direction, and simple plyometrics to improve athletes speed, agility, and power. The skills will help athletes in any sport. I have partnered with current Skyridge sprint coach Brinn Jensen (former BYU Track Athlete, and 3 event state champion) so we can give camp attendees the attention and instruction they need to improve. There are five (5) training sessions in this camp. Wednesday- 3 June, Friday- 5 June, Monday 8 June, Wednesday-10 June, and Friday- 12 June at the Skyridge High School Track. This camp is for athletes 8-13 years old.
